There are 2 upstairs bedrooms as well and one has a queen and 2 twins and the other has a queen and a full bed. Just mere steps to one of the most beautiful beaches in San Diego County. The house is walking distance to the infamous Oceanside Pier and Bandshell (where you can enjoy seasonal concerts and cultural events) and also walking distance to the Oceanside Harbor which has great restaurants, boats, kayak & Jet Ski rentals, and much more. The cottage is located on a private cul-de-sac, one house off the strand and one of Oceanside's secret spots. The house comfortably sleeps 12 people and is the perfect getaway for you and your family and friends. Awaiting you are palm lined beaches, quaint village shopping, top-name restaurants, cafes, fishing, walking or jogging on the 3.5 miles of beautiful beaches and much more.

The house is located off of The Strand, one of San Diego's unique jewels and attractions and is close to the Amtrak, the Coaster and Sprinter, Museums, Movie Theaters, the historic wooden pier, and the Harbor. Oceanside, CA has so much to offer from beautiful beaches, surfing, shopping, theme parks, dining and more! There is one parking space in the front and a very small space on the side of the house. There are two parking permits for metered spaces. SMALL PETS ALLOW WITH APPROVAL
