You are just a block or two from many local surf shops and bike rentals. There is an enclosed private patio where you can soak up the sun while you barbecue your dinner. Or cook indoors in your large, modern kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds. There is a one-car garage and a washer and dryer on the property. NO PETS ALLOWED.
