The unit has direct access to Tourmaline Beach, just 50 steps away, known for its slow gentle waves perfect for young kids or people of any age learning how to surf.
This beach also has ~100 yards of sand, straight out, allowing plenty of room to simply sit in the sun. You won't believe the beautiful sunsets each night as you sit out on the large balcony. Enjoy amazing ocean views from with from wall to wall windows. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 6 comfortably, but will accommodate up to 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and opens up to the tropical back yard. The second bedroom has a full size bed (sleeps 2), with a twin pull out underneath (sleeps 1). The third bedroom has a queen size Murphy bed (sleeps 2). We now have WIFI, Laundry is located in the laundry room in the back yard, accessed through the back of the garage and comes with two outside off-street parking space (driveway).
