There are 3 bay view balconies for you to unwind and connect with serenity: a balcony just off of the living room, a private balcony off of the master bedroom, and a balcony for dining that's located on the 3rd floor at the rear of the house. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with one guest bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor, and the remaining two on the second floor. Here you will find yourselves just steps to the bay and about 300 yards to the beach. Casual restaurants are a close walk, as well as Mission Bay Aquatics Center and Belmont Park, San Diego's beach front amusement park. One small single car garage
