The main living room has a large (we mean LARGE) built in flat screen television with DVD capabilities along with a built in surround around musical entertainment center. This area adjoins the kitchen to create one large spacious and comfortable gathering area and is easily accessible to the patio area which houses a built in high end Jennair BBQ for your outdoor dining enjoyment, also has two bedrooms, one furnished with a queen size bed and one furnished with two twin beds. Retreat up the stairs to the 3rd floor is a large master bedroom suite and private balcony level. This beautiful master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen TV and large bathroom suite that includes a shower and two sinks and, like the main living area bathroom, is beautifully appointed with stone and marble coverings.

Adjacent to the master suite is a game room that opens to a private balcony furnished with a glass top outdoor dining set that seats six. This private balcony has an excellent view of San Diego and the ocean and a desirable area to watch the beautiful nightly sunsets that are common to San Diego.
