Bring the family out to this cozy cottage. It sits about 10 houses back from the oceanfront, which is just steps from the sand. Its very close to the famous Roller Coaster Park and Wave House, a must see. It's 5 minutes to Sea World, and 30 minutes to Leggo Land. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second room also has a queen sized bed, and the third room has 2 twins, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, perfect for the entire family. There are 3 outside parking spaces and yes the SUV will fit easily. NO PETS PERMITTED
