This is a quaint beach studio just steps from the water. Perfect for a couple or when you want to take a solo trip to sunny San Diego. It sits just one unit back from the water. Right outside there is a spacious patio with outdoor barbecue that it available for all the tenants in the building. There is a kitchenette with a sink, microwave and refrigerator. Not that you will be cooking much, the restaurants and shops of Mission Beach are close by. The sofa turns into a queen-sized sleeper. SMALL PETS ARE PERMITTED.
