This is a great house for a fun family vacation. Unwind as you watch the boats sail by from your spacious outdoor deck. The game room alone, makes this place an ideal vacation spot. The sandy shores of the bay are right outside your gate. The east side of the bay means less people competing for a spot on the beach. You can play a friendly game of pool or ping-pong when you need a break from the warm sunshine. The game room now has ottoman/twin beds. The Living room and game room each have a Large flat screen TV. All 5 TV's have Roku. There is tile flooring throughout on the ground floor and Hardwood flooring on the second floor. Cook your meals in the lovely kitchen and enjoy our new appliances, or outside on your barbecue. The down stairs bedroom has a CalKing bed. The upstairs bedroom with the fireplace has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. There are two outside parking spaces. NO PETS ALLOWED.
